Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through www.huwaiishouna.com.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Our Website

This website is operated under the brand Huwaiishouna.

We offer camping storage bags and related storage products to customers in Europe and the United States.

Product descriptions, specifications, available options and prices are displayed on the relevant product pages before an order is placed.

2. Orders

When placing an order, customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including their name, email address, telephone number and delivery address.

After an order has been submitted and payment has been successfully processed, we will begin processing the order according to our normal order-handling procedures.

An order confirmation may be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to contact a customer where additional information is reasonably required to process an order.

3. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment.

Processing time refers to the period required to prepare an order for dispatch and does not form part of the delivery period.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided to the email address entered during checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver to customers in Europe and the United States.

Delivery is arranged through established carriers, which may include:

  • DHL Priority;
  • FedEx Priority;
  • UPS Priority;
  • Other suitable carrier services where required.

The standard delivery period is approximately 3–8 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are calculated as working days and may vary according to destination, carrier handling and other circumstances affecting the delivery route.

5. Delivery Tracking Notifications

Where tracking information is available, we may send automatic email notifications to the email address provided when the order was placed.

Tracking notifications may be issued at relevant stages, including:

  • When the order has been dispatched;
  • When the shipment reaches a relevant logistics point;
  • When the shipment enters local delivery;
  • When other significant tracking information becomes available.

These notifications are intended to help customers follow the progress of their orders.

6. Delayed Deliveries

If an order has exceeded the standard delivery period, please contact us at:

vendors@huwaiishouna.com

We will review the relevant order and, where appropriate, contact the carrier to investigate the delivery status.

Following the outcome of the investigation and the circumstances of the individual order, we may arrange a full refund or a replacement shipment.

This procedure does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws governing the sale.

7. Loss or Damage During Delivery

Where we arrange delivery of an order, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods are physically received by the consumer or by a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

The transfer of the goods to a carrier for delivery does not, by itself, transfer the risk of loss or damage to the consumer.

If an order appears to have been lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us promptly at:

vendors@huwaiishouna.com

We will review the circumstances and take the appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

8. Right of Withdrawal for European Consumers

For consumers in the European Union, the applicable right of withdrawal for distance contracts generally provides a period of 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

For a contract for the sale of goods, the withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer, or a third party other than the carrier designated by the consumer, physically receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer should send a clear statement of their decision to withdraw to:

vendors@huwaiishouna.com

The consumer should communicate the withdrawal decision before the applicable 14-day period expires.

Unless we offer to collect the goods, goods subject to a valid withdrawal must normally be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the consumer has communicated the withdrawal decision. The consumer generally bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless applicable law or our stated terms provide otherwise.

The consumer may handle the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where handling goes beyond what is necessary and results in diminished value, the applicable statutory rules concerning diminished value may apply.

9. Refunds Following Withdrawal

Where a consumer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, applicable payments will be reimbursed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

For EU consumers, reimbursement is generally made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal. Where permitted by law, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods have been received back or the consumer has provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Where applicable, reimbursement will include the standard delivery cost paid by the consumer. Additional delivery charges resulting from the consumer selecting a more expensive delivery option may be treated in accordance with applicable law.

10. Damaged or Defective Goods

If an item arrives damaged or has a product defect, please contact us at:

vendors@huwaiishouna.com

To help us review the matter, customers may be asked to provide:

  • The order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Photographs showing the relevant condition of the item;
  • Photographs of the packaging where relevant.

For a clearly documented damaged or defective item, we may arrange a refund or replacement without requiring the damaged item to be returned, where appropriate.

Photographs may be sufficient for us to process such a case, particularly where the condition of the item can be reasonably assessed from the evidence provided.

Where applicable consumer law provides statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming goods, those rights remain available to the consumer.

11. Consumer Remedies

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory statutory rights applicable to consumers.

For consumers in the European Union, statutory remedies concerning goods that do not conform to the sales contract apply in accordance with the applicable national implementation of European consumer protection law.

For consumers in the United States, applicable federal and state consumer protection requirements apply according to the relevant jurisdiction.

12. Product Information

We make product information available on the relevant product pages, including applicable product descriptions, measurements, options and other information relevant to the purchase.

Customers should review the product information before placing an order.

13. Customer Communications

We may use the email address provided at checkout to send order-related communications, including order confirmations and delivery tracking information.

We aim to respond to customer enquiries within 24 hours.

14. Changes to These Terms
